About the Problem Solver
Most delivery problems come from a handful of technical causes: missing or broken SPF, DKIM or DMARC, a sending IP on a blacklist, missing reverse DNS, or a mail server that rejects connections. The Problem Solver runs the checks that matter for your symptom and ranks every finding by impact.
Each problem comes with the exact record or setting to change and where to change it at common DNS hosts such as Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap and cPanel. Run it again after the change to confirm the fix.
How it works
Choose a symptom. We run the relevant checks, rank every problem by impact and give you copy-paste DNS records plus where to add them at your DNS host.
Frequently asked questions
Why are my emails going to spam?
The most common technical reasons are missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC, a sending IP or domain on a blacklist, and missing reverse DNS. Content and engagement also matter, but those cannot be measured from outside the mailbox.
Why do my emails bounce?
A bounce means the receiving server refused the message. Hard bounces (5xx codes) usually mean the address does not exist or your mail was blocked; soft bounces (4xx) are temporary. Paste the bounce message for an exact explanation.
Can you guarantee inbox placement?
No one honestly can. We test every technical factor that is visible from outside and clearly mark anything we could not verify as unknown.
Do I need access to my server?
No. You only need your domain name. Optional details such as the sending IP or a bounce message make the diagnosis more precise.
